Shipping policy

Fertilix Canada ships to every province and territory in Canada. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within Canada. There is no minimum order amount.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery takes about one week (5 to 8 business days) from the day your order ships. Remote and northern addresses may take a little longer. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

Tracking

We always provide tracking information, so you know when to expect your order. You will receive it by email once your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days after shipping, or it arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement where appropriate.

Orders outside Canada

At this time we only ship within Canada.
